7.05pm Just finish my dinner sit down in front of my pc update my blog it been a long time from the last update today it a bad day for me i get scolding from my customer and the worst one's is that i get a black face from a customer in the Morin when i ask him to key his password to process the payment for his purchase and a scolding from another customer in the afternoon and the best part is here it happen when my shop is full of people what the f..k i didn't even throw my temper i just tell him that my company don't exchange the clothing size as we provide sample for them to try that all but the customer start to scold me in front of everyone and say that he don't care about what rule the company set and telling me other shop outside in the market allow him to exchange the size whenever he ask for a exchange he want a exchange right away sometime i was think about the sentence on customer services line (customer is always right) i think it is my ass man customer is always right this sentence is only useful to the boss but not to the staff serving the customer only the boss will agree this sentence is right man because we are hire to let the unreasonable customer to throw their temper on i am sure all the people who's in the front line of customer services agree with me
