It a long time i have not celebrate any of my birthday with my friends and family, i think it a long eight year back to the last time i celebrate . This year is my 30 years old birthday time's really fly fast i am old, but this i have new friends from my existing company sharing my best wishes this year with me at East coast. My supervisor's gather all my close friends in the company to do a BBQ for me. I was so touched by them, for willing to come down to spent their time with me. Thank you Guy's i will remember that in my heart.

Last But Not Least FAREWELL to FRANCIS and FRIEND'S thirty year back!!!!

Just wake up not long ago dam tire on my body and my mind and yet have to go work later just don feel like doing so recently feel that i cannot take night shift lightly i am not so sure is that i am getting old or i don like this job at all i always end up sleeping more then doing my job i think my supervise also dam sian seeing me cannot sit proper in my chair i got all sort of pose of me sleeping in my chair i don think is good to let anyone see that but i just cannot control my mind my office chair seen like a rocking chair to me once i sit on it i will just automatic fall a sleep i just hope that i can endure with it man wake up! wake up! you sleepy HEAD

Recently just move on to a different level of job in my company use to have more freedom but now i have to do live board cast for six different places or maybe i can say country's and i have to sit still for 7 hours on the chair and monitor over twenty over TV plus PC not really like this kind of feeling have to bear with that kind of uneasy feeling for 7 hours everyday just cannot let heart rest in between just scare anything will happen during the live board cast allot of things have change within this period dad have admit to hospital because of stroke and thankful he is in time to send in to hospital or else it will be very bad and i have my medical checkup recently too and result not that good i got myself fatty liver and white blood cell abit above acceptable line and uric acid ,cholesterol also so it time i have to do something man first thing to quit is smoking and i have start for about few days hoping i can go on for not smoking and my diet also have change hoping my body can be back to normal again.

Yesterday i went to have a movie with my wife at PS we were think to watch Jacky Chan movie but we were too late all time slot for that movie is all in morning and at last we decided to watch this movie it a very worth to watch movie.

It a long time i never have my break so i arrange three days break with my wife this is the photo and movie we watch and taken this few days.!!!

Last Year Dec i got my long wanted SLR camera and recently i bought two extra lens to add on everything look like Pro but my skill for photographing still not like Pro sian need more time to practice still got alot to learn like how to set the function of the camera in order to take best photo Spent quite amount on the SLR camera everything already cost me almost 2K but that the promise i set to myself whenever i am capable to buy it i will buy it as gift for myself so i still think it is worth it!
